THE ROAD TO MISS NEBRASKA: PAPERWORK & REGISTRATION
All potential participants in the Miss America system must complete and submit all required documents, and register as a candidate on missamerica4kids.org.
Miss America and the Children’s Miracle Network have formed a partnership which requires each candidate to raise $100 to participate in a local competition. Any amount over the $100 will be applied to their next local or advancement to the state competition. There is a $400 cap on local fundraising; once reached, the candidate can enter unlimited local competitions. All local candidates must register at missamerica4kids.org to process and track their donations.
Upon winning a local title, each titleholder is required to raise $250 to compete for Miss Nebraska. The state winner will be responsible for raising further funds to compete at the Miss America competition.
